Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [jeffriesrachel@yahoo.com] with your order number.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, opened supplements, skincare, and haircare products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
